Get a tarp bag, the type that is heavy duty so the wasps can't break out of it. Prepare bag and basically nab the nest into it then tie the bag shut. Drive out into the middle of nowhere with the tarp bag in the boot, lay it down in the empty land and cut a tiny slit in it so the wasps could escape. You will have enough time to leg it back to the car and drive away before any wasps catch up with you.

You'll get a right buzz out of it.

Found this 'monster' of a wasp nest on the door to my garden storage shed.

What would OCUK's good and bad people recommend I do with it?

When I spotted it, that wasp arrived, went inside for about 30secs then out again which is when I snapped the evil *******

Jesus Christ, that's huge. Looks like it'll have at least eight wasps in there.
