Removing and replacing mk2 mondeo bumpers

Alright, mates wrecked his front and rear bumpers so we are replacing them. W reg Mondeo Zetec if it makes any difference.

Are there any guides online as he is too tight to buy a haynes.

T'was a pain in the bum when we did it, although the one we replaced the front on had been bumped into and was a bit bent. Resorted to the angle grinder to get rusty bolts out.
