A bit random I know but how would I go about removing coke from the front of my sub. Its a really delicate material so I don't want to damage anything.

If it's delicate, then I wouldn't stick it in the wash. Finding someone with a steamer would be a better plan (but again only if it's a cover you can remove and you take things carefully).

It it's in the amp, bad news.

If its just on the speaker cone, just wipe it off.

If it's on the grill, just take the grill off and soak it in warm soapy water for 20 minutes, give it a wipe and leave it to dry.

I'd try an industrial fabric cleaner thingy(can't remember the name. I did an industrial cleaning course a coupla years ago. It including mopping etc, using a buffer to clean and polish all kinds of surfaces(different pads on the buffer you see) Graffiti removal and a whole loada other stuff. Anyway for one of the modules we used this cleaner on the back and seat of padded chairs with cloth, it was like a hoover which you put detergent in and it foamed onto the chair and then sucked it back off. It was very effective, like a wetvac they use at proper car valet's. I know they sell cheaper one's in everyday catalogues for sofa's carpet's etc. Maybe you could borrow one from somebody.

From your picture, it looks like the front fabric plate should slip off; its probably only held in place with little pegs so dont be afraid to apply a little force. Take it off, and soak it.

The moral of the story, dont use items of electrical equipment as coke stands :) I learnt that the hard way with my guitar amp :(
