Removing moss from Z3 fabric roof

My wife's Z3 it pretty tidy except the fabric roof has green moss on the lower parts of the fabric. Not like clumps of the stuff, just a very thin dry green layer.

Does anyone know what the best product is to clean this stuff off and protect the roof from it growing back?

Also is there a product to bring the vinyl back to life as is very dull.
