Renewing My O2 contract

I'm going to be rang in the next few days to renew my O2 contract.

At the min I pay £30 a month (but I get a £15 rebate from carphone warehouse) and I get 200 anytime minutes and 100 texts.

My phone is a Nokia 6230i.

Basically, I'm wondering what new phones I might get offered and which is the best one to take (I want to spend as little as possible!)

Also how many free minutes and texts I might be able to fleece them for!

I want to pay £30 a month or less

EDIT: I pretty much use all my minutes but go over on my texts so more texts but the same amount of minutes would be brill!

I rang up yesterday and was offered 750mins and 750 texts for £30

I decided to go with Orange as I get 650 mins and 1100 texts + Broadband for the same price plus a new phone of my choice.

i'm just waiting for my new lg kg800 to come with 750 mins and 750 texts, they werent going to offer it as an upgrade but as soon as i said i was leaving they said ok, shame i didnt see that orange deal :s
