Replacement for MSI P31 Neo mobo?

Hi

My MSI P31 Neo mobo has blown and I need a replacement. They don't appear to really stock those anymore so looking for a replacement I can slot straight in.

Now this may be a stupid question but do I need to worry about the different chipsets on the zillions of mobos out there or, as long as it accept my Q6600 chip and DDR2 memory, can I just get anything I like with the same form factor?

Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G is a great value motherboard or if you want something a bit more up to date how about a Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G?
