I currently have a Dell Gaming monitor model S2721DGF (27", 1440P, IPS, 165hz) which is starting to get Image retention and its getting worse.
It does clear but its annoying when I am trying to work or browsing and the last image is still on the screen.
I have not looked at monitors in years (This 1 is 5 years old and out of warranty).
My question is, what is a good monitor to look at?
I do game (helldivers 2, Diablo 4,The Division 2 etc) but I also work from home so was thinking an OLED screen would be out of question due to image retention and I do not want to have to hide the taskbar etc
My PC specs are (9800X3D, RTX 5080, 32GB of ram)
