Restarting training

Morning u lot!

As the title says as of this weekend i'm going to start with my general fitness regime again, been a while since I last trained, that's for sure!

I'm a bit body-consious atm to take up running as I used to cross country run weekly, and since then i've...well, you know :P

Purchased a bike last week and i'm wondering are there any specific things you look for when regaining fitness, loosing weight and gaining some muscle?
