Restore from 2 seperate phones?

Hi knowledgable OC people.

I had a Samsung S8 that I killed the screen on. I then bought a Huawei P30 Lite as a cheap replacement to last until the end of the contract.

I know have a S20 and want stuff from both of the old phones on the new one.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I can access the old phone on my laptop.

I think you are right and most of the things I want are on the Google account.
