restricted access to forums?

restricted access? it keeps coming up with a box that asks me to enter a username and password sometimes when loading pages on these forums. Why is this happening, is it right?

ok nevermind seems someone else has posted exactly the same thing just before I did.

yeh it probably is that as it wont display that ad now it comes up with this restricted access box.
