Retro black tie....

Any ideas on the retro front? Been invited to a charity event tomorrow and on the tickets it says the dress code is retro black tie. Im fine with black tie normally but its the retro part which Im going to struggle on for by tomorrow!

Surely just a slim cut black tie will be fine? They were fashionable donkeys ago and have come back into fashion recently, this is retro, no?

I assume its a tux with big collars etc but how on earth am I going to manage that for tomorrow??

I cant imagine everyone will be going with the retro feel so may just go normal black tie.

Half of them will turn up looking like silly penguins. I would just go normal black tie. You could always ring the organisers and ask.
