I've asked about custom builds (I pick all components and they build) and they've said they would.

Is the PC purely for gaming? Of so it may (or may not as the case may be) worth dropping to 8gb RAM and taking a 3570k or 3770k (depends if you need HT) to fit a second GPU in there. Entirely up to you i'd say.

May I ask your budget?

* Reason I chose a 4gb VRAM 670 over the 680 you chose is simply a similar performance level but double the VRAM and less cost I think than 680's still. As well as that, with a system at this price I presume you want it to last a little while. A 4gb VRAM card with that motherboard could be put effectively into sli, tri-sli or even quad-sli and last longer. 2gb VRAM is plenty now, but when it comes to SLI extended the lifetime of your build i'd take a 4gb card any day.

I also assumed you'd need the processing power of the 3930k for something and gave you that same epic motherboard and CPU you'd decided on.

If you don't need that much CPU power then this is an SLI gaming option with plenty of processing power and hyperthreading if you need it:

Indeed the second build by far for gaming. The reason I put the first spec up was just incase you actually needed a 3930k's processing power for something. You could have course save yourself £50 on the RAM by getting 8gb instead but that's entirely up to you. Bear in mind that if OCUK build it there will be some sort of premium on-top of that cost (not sure how much).
