Bit more progress today, got all the rads in and was able to have the car running for ages whilst messing, its very quietD:
As you know I have fitted aircon but finding somewhere for the aircon rad hasn't been easy, first off I thought I'd see what air temps I would get if I mounted it in front of the 60mm Pro Alloy intercooler but I just know I'd end up moving it afterwards.. So I thought I'd try it between the I/C and the cooling rad...

Will have it on the rollers during the week and map it upto 1 bar and then run it in on the road, hopefully get it MOT'd in the week too and then I can get the number plate transfered on and start getting some miles on her.
Just the o/s one causes the shaft to pull out when it fails..
Anyhow, it's starting to look like a car nowD: I could get all excited!

Spent some time today mapping it upto 1bar/6k rpm so I can run it in.... Couldn't help myself and decided to power run it at that to see what it makesD: It actually made 1.1 bar of boost and I reved it to 6300rpm, at that it made 400.3 hp which I reckon isn't bad.

I don't think he made anything for it ..
Anyhow, I'm on with getting the aircon working at the moment. The dryer unit from a Sierra/Escort Cosworth is about 3" diameter and about 8" long, sadly I couldn't find anywhere to place it in the engine bay without cramming it in so I took a look at a std Sierra dryer which turned out to be 2" diameter but about 15" long... So I decided to go for that, half of it sits above the flitch the other half below.. I have ordered a new one, the item pictured is just for sizing up.. Just need to find someone to make up custom pipes now!
