RGB for case and motherboard without RGB

I built a real shoe string budget gaming PC for mates nephew back in summer, he wants some RGB and just went out and bought some EZDIY-FAB Premium PC RGB LED Strips,Addressable LED Strip Kit,5V 3Pin. Which clearly wont work as there is nothing to plug the into, Motherboard is X58 and Case is Fractal Focus.

Do you think this would be the best option for the above strips , A-RGB Controller DEEPCOOL- Accessory
also look slike you can wire it into the reset button on the case

It does look like that deepcool controller would work.

Im no expert when it comes to rgb but it looks like it will work , i checked the installation manual.

Did you have a look at the installation guide ?

yes. just checking opinions with you guys.. i will end up installing it
