Riding an uninsured bike with third party insurance cover?

So, said bike:

1. Is not in my name
2. Has tax
3. Has mot
4. Is Not insured by anyone
5. Is parked off road

I have fully comp insurance and I can ride any bike third party if i have permission from the owner.

Can i ride the said bike? Or should it be sorn in this state?
