Right Angled SATA Wire

Hi there :)

In my PC i currently have 2 HDD's, and a ODD.

MY mobo has four SATA ports in a square

However, my GPU covers 2 of my SATA ports (top 2)

I bought a right angled SATA cable, but it was right angled the wrong way, so plugging it in meant i covered the other sata port.

Are there any right angled SATA's that are right angled but the other way around? and how can i tell which way is which?

thanks in advance

No. they're all angled the same way.

As hyperst said, the right angled end is intended to connect to the drive and not the motherboard.

Do a google for right and left angled sata cable, not sure if this is the solution.Depends on height.

You can also get left angled cable.

Try and find one with a long nose (for lack of a better word), and one with a short nose. And then one can sit underneath the other.

They do exist! I have one with the nose about 3/4"+ long and some which are barely 1/3"

if you google for left angle connectors then you should find some that point the other way, not sure why overclockers dont stock them though.
