Riots in Bangalore

The riot cop in the second picture is clearly just trying to scratch his back.

(I miss the caption competition :( )

I've been called into work today, because our Bangalore office has shut down :'(

I honestly dont get it...who are they protesting against???

They arent protesting as far as i know, they are mourning the death of a famous bollywood actor/person.
Funnily enough my offices in bangalore are also closed as well today, not that its the end of the world or anything as theres not much for my guys over there to do at the moment.

Ok, bad wording on my part. But, why are they causing unrest and using violence to mourn...

I dont know tbh, they are a bunch of nutcases some of these people. Quite fanatical about some of their crappy bollywood actors lol. Seeing as i spend time in India on business, i see this all the time...most of them are uneducated and just grab onto anything worth hanging onto. Kinda feel sorry for them in a way but i guess its just their fanaticism that causes these riots and obviously a few idiots who take advantage of the situation to cause probs.

The office of US technology giant Microsoft, which is located near Rajkumar's house, was stoned by angry mourners

Any excuse...

"Damnit! I left the iron on at home... pass me that rock will you?"

It's not a particularly well written article to be honest. It repeatedly says the mourners are "irate" and "angry" and yet doesn't attempt to say why? All it says is that they're cross about something... Cross enough to riot.

Ahhh - look at the modern face of the rising empire in the world.

Or not.

If these people were to be summed up by a kid in my class at school, he'd be the one with serious issues that would shout at you for moving your chair.
