RIP David Huddlestone

David Huddlestone has died aged 85. Many will remember him for the Big Lebowski and Blazing Saddles, but for me, when I was growing up, he's the greatest TV Santa of all time in Santa Claus: The movie. I also remembr him from the Wonder Years. He was a real top quality actor imo. RIP.

I liked him in all of what I saw of him. Good actor and nice bloke from what I have read. 2016 seems to be taking a great deal of greats and I am trying to work out who would be/replace these said actors.

For example, Alan Rickman. Who currently is on par with him? Who in 40/50/60 years time will we all say, RIP such a great actor and all round nice person etc?

I am 40 now, not far from 41. I sometimes try to workout who is currently replacing who.

Another example:

Morgan Freeman: Denzil Washington: Will Smith (Denzil will replace Morgan and Will to replace Denzil)?

Arnold S/Dolph L/JCVD:Jason Statham/Dwayne Johnson (cant think of any more action heros so to speak)

Maybe this is for another thread, if you guys fancy a thread about who you would have as a replacement for aging actors let me know and I'll get on set up.
