River Cottage Recipes

I wasn't sure if I should put this in the other section but there are a fair few recipe threads in here, please feel free to move it though.
Anyone been watching River Cottage at all? I was watching the autumn lot and now it's on to winter and he's doing some really good stuff! The one from this week with his chilli and pumpkin cornbread I really want to try with chilli and cheese but he does some great stuff.

I would love to do that landshare thing, maybe down the line a bit because there is nothing better than having all your own grown veg and that!

Anyone else got a fav recipe of the moment from this or any other series/show on?

i liked the fat chav bloke that made an aeroplane shaped cake, it was rubbish.

It was on The Restaurant, not really a cooking show though, especially with the losers on it this year.

I actually feel sorry for Raymond Blanc.

I like most cookery programmes but in particular I like River Cottage. Some of the recipes look really scrumptious.

I enjoy watching River Cottage and have a couple of cook books coming for Christmas if I am a good boy

Wouldn't mind having a go at boiling odd meat like tongue etc like he did a couple of weeks ago then serve it to the mrs and kids without telling them what it is

Great program anyway - as someone mentioned the F Word earlier I have to say that the curry house I go to / get takeaway from was on the best curry restaurant episode, unfortunately they came second but their food is gorgeous!
