Hi fella's
I have to return an MPK49 midi controller that I bought a couple of days ago as its faulty, problems with the LCD display screen...
I havent spoken to the E-tailers that I bought the goods from yet, because yesterday was bank holiday, so I was wondering whether any of you knew what the generally precedure is.
I need the Keyboard as I am working on a few projects at the moment so I want it replaced ASAP. What I want to know is will they send a replacement when the pick the faulty one up, or will I have to wait weeks to get this all sorted out.. OR.. is it the luck of the draw and depend on what company you bought it from. I literally open it, plugged it in and bam, the screen display looked like a broken calculator, displaying predator font symbols etc...
I really hope this is not going to take weeks!!
what is the general rule of thumb!!
