What the actual fudge.

BishBashBosh frame only supports 140mm rotor on the rear. PX website states 160mm so obviously it was a bit of a surprise when I tried to put my wheel on...

Going to have to ring them tomorrow about it. Sigh.

Hopefully Evans stock an adaptor so I can limp there on one brake tomorrow morning.

Guessing with the use of an adaptor, nothing left in the box?

Nope...was pretty careful to grab everything out of that and keep it to one side.

Pretty annoying all in all. Got my gears sorted though. Need to ruin the look of it with mudguards, sort out the general fit and do a slap-dash job of adding bar tape next.

Cheers :)

I realised earlier that I'd also forgotten to order the recessed mudguard adaptor bolt things for the rears so...that's also a thing.

Given that the physio and consultant advice is to leave riding a bit longer I may end up seeing the two sets of events as a sign :/

Looks awesome SoliD :)

Nowhere local has the adaptor I need so looks like my riding plans this weekend are scuppered. Back to the turbo :/

...though I suppose it will make the physio and consultant happy when I tell them I resisted riding outside.

Dear ******* lord. Got the adaptor and tried to fit it but one of the bolt holes on the BBB frame is shorter than it should be so it won't work. So annoying. I had way less hassle with my "dodgy" Chinese carbon frame.

Need to find a shorter bolt.

That's including me fixing 2-3 punctures per tube before binning them btw.

Obviously not going through them at much of a rate right now but my mileage previously was 8k or more per year. Not sure of yours though I imagine it's similarly high.
