Makes her aims understandable, but she's hopeless at it.

It was the marvelous ideas like not pursuing theives and that they shouldn't have to chase anybody in the first place as they have stuff like the "Stinger" to stop cars before they get away.

A greiving mother maybe, but totally disconnected from the problem.

tbh killing someone with your car is not even seen as a serious crime by this government, its a ****** farce, you should get a long sentence for it, there is no incentive for some people to drive with care these days.
