Roast Dinner....

Looks good DRZ, but needs a lot more vegetables. Peas, carrots (raw for me), broccoli are a bare minimum.
Make the monster Yorkies yourself?

I had broccoli but it was just a bit too far past it to cook/eat, else they would have been there too. Not that big a fan of peas and nor is my housemate. Gravy is usually made up with the water from the veg too, which is mega tasty and also really good for you.

My oven is really, really crap and so cooking homemade yorkshires never works, even for the mini ones :( Those were Tesco own-brand, which seem to be about the best of the store bought ones :)

Mine is a work in progress....

Just sorting the yorkshire puddings and stuffing :)

Where do you get purple potatoes from? I want to try them! Some kind of farm shop or can you get them in the supermarché?

edit: Oh, should've read the whole thread. Albert Bartlett. Got it.

Ace Modder's roast is pretty much what mine is like, but I also chuck on some breaded onion rings. Also usually cook the beef in Guinness to add a bit of flavour to the gravy.
