roccat swarm software, anyone know how to use this?

So i got a roccat mouse

trying to use the swarm software, and have a nightmare time

for example, created another profile, so now i have 2, if i change settings in one, it happens on both profiles

I want to setup

Profile 1 = Windows Desktop
Profile 2 = Quake Champions

Also I have turned the DPI etc sound thing on, and i get no sound
amongst others

If there is someone that knows how to use this, is there any guides online ? i cant find any (nothing within 2 years anyway or they are for keyboards..)
