lol. The police may have once beet racist here, but they certainly aren't now. Mark Duggan had nothing to do with the fact he was black and everything to do with the fact he was a scummy drug dealer with a gun, actually.

American police are far more brutal and have far more permission to use 'legal force' than British police. No one had a psychological 'snap' in this case, so please stop re-presenting the history as something it is not. They were racists.

The British police are not racist for having to deal with a coloured population that have crime figures FAR exceeding every other group, even though they supposedly only make up 10% of the population of London.

If they want things to change then they need to start changing their mentality and not letting their "brothers" get away with stuff.
