Does this board have a USB 3.1 Typ C Gen. 2 header please?

it has a type 3.1 type C port , but i would be under the impression if running off a board header it will be defacto

Apologies but what do you mean by defacto? I was thinking of connecting it to Dark base Pro 900 rev. 2 tower case.

USB headers on the board are all standardised , they will allow any USB connection , youll just have to make sure you dont want full fat usb 3.0 aswell as typce c , there is only one header on the board for this.

yes it can. On the specs page for the motherboard:

1 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 front panel connector

That will allow you connect up the type c connector on the case.
