Come on these people read addresses on envelopes and they put them into a computer don't they? i bet 99% of them could have done the job just fine.

I think the issue might be more with the agency dealing with this, from what i have been told they all thought they had jobs.

You're right mate, we did all think that we had the job to keep. We were not told that there would be various assessments that if we failed we'd have been sacked.

I think I only scraped the assessment by 1%. I failed my first 2 but passed the last one by 86% I think. The first 2 I failed I was only 3-4 off each time though.

TBH even in full-time jobs there is usually a three month probationary period where an employer is entitled to show you the geography of where the door is entirely at will and without even quoting the reason. In this situation at least they got to who exactly why.........they screwed up not even being able to get four out of every five things right.
