There is a rumor going about that the 360 version of Virtual Fighter 5 will be version C (the PS3 game is an earlier version I believe) and includes online modes including leaderboards. A person called Reno on NeoGAF forums have posted this - it's not the first time he's made a post on other games before and they've all turned out to be true.
