I've been generally following events in NK for awhile - the sources that have tended to be on the money in the past seem to think this is coup related rather than directly health issues - either suspected, attempted or even successful - a lot of this is based on matching up what the "elites" are talking about and/or how they are behaving compared with past events in NK.
