Hi, part of my training for my football atm is about 5-7 miles running on pavement/roads once a week. Ive always used astroturf football trainers (hard sole) and never had any problems.
But since the start of this season - July-ish - Ive noticed my knee starting to ache, when bending & putting pressure on it (kneeling). The pain seems to appear after my running so im going with the fact that my trainers aren't really suitable.
So.... I want to spend £50ish on some running trainers, that will hopefully stop the pain in my knees after running on hard surface.
Problem - Ive never bought running trainers before so havent got a clue where to start.
Any recommendations?
p.s I need to go any buy them from my local JJB in half an hour before training.
