This is lowest pricing in the UK by a substancial margin, also helped we purchased stock in GBP based on the new slightly strong 1.26 pound and of course Sapphire reduced the USD cost too and on top of that AMD gave us help to hit this price point. Stock is limited unfortunately to 500 units and we expect them to sell fast, as the RX 480 is damn quick, 8GB of RAM, Vulkan support and damn fast DX12 performance. :)

Interested in the reference card. How is it compared to AM cards in terms of temps and noise?

Always noisier and hotter because just the one fan and sticking to card width.

AM is usually oversize and at least 2 larger fans which can run much slower and still have better cooling.

I was actually thinking of a 480 CF last night. Daaaaamn, those prices. Can get that for just a bit more* than a 1070. Ufff!
