Eh, I'd get 3.8-3.9 on all cores from a 1600. I get 3.7 out of my 1600X at stock, with single thread boosts to 4.1. It's such a small difference that I can't even be bothered, but I'll know to check the behaviour with Zen+

Only at 720P and not by much overall, no one games at 720P and at 1080P or higher they are much the same, other than one game that is...
