Hi all, I would like to ask if it is possible to disable the CPU (don’t know the technical name) ability to bring up and down the clock and just leave it up to the max? I use the PC to do heavy editing (photo) and use a lot LR + PS and others softwares and have noticed when doing heavy stuff the CPU fan increases speed meaning that probably the cpu clock went up. Maybe might be the GPU. Either case, the reason is that I think I notice as delay when this happens (changes in the clock) and just thought that maybe having it always maxed out would improve overall performance and also remove the delays when doing heavy stuff.
