Safe to heat up yesterday's take away?

Never ever reheat rice, worst thing you could do.

Nothing wrong with the reheating process.

the toxin is produced when life likes to thrive, moist warm conditions. This happens when you leave rice to cool down at room temperature. The toxins they produce are not broken down by heat.
However saying that the chance of getting ill is still remote. Lots of us eat leftover rice and I don;t know anyone who has got ill.
