Is there a way to do it online without having to deal with phone support? FOr those interested the partition is RAW and will not format taking all my workfiles with it, thank god for Macrium Reflect
Looking at the 850 Evo on OCUK it has 5 year warranty so even if yours had 3 years its still is within warranty.
What i would do is do a post in the customer service section of the forum and see if someone there can help. they can also arrange the RMA as well if its with them
