Samsung D500 + Chinese Sim Card

I'm going to live in China soon, and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if my phone will work once I pop in a Chinese sim card.

i wouldnt worry to much as phones are so cheap out there anyway?

it would work. me and my mates went back to China and Hong Kong last year and we just put in a chinese sim card and it worked.this was with the D500 too!!

Yes, it should work with no problems (providing your D500 is unlocked, of course).
