Riteo...

To cut a long story short, my Girlfriend is on her 3rd (yes 3rd) Samsung E900 since she took out a contract with vodafone just over a month ago.

The first phone went back because it couldn't hold a signal, and there was major interference on calls.

The second phone went back because the screen was all blotchy (random dead pixels all over the place)

and now her third phone has developed the 'vibration' fault (when you receive a text it continues to vibrate until you take out the battery, this repeats when you receive another text)

Are we just having THE WORST LUCK ever, or do any other E900 users have problems also?

HAd an E900 since the day it was released almost 1 year ago (1 year end of May I think).
I've had no issues at all. Definately the E900 not the D900?

the e900 and the LG chocolate are like supermodels.
sure, they look pretty, but they're unreliable and they do your head in the more time you spend around them.

yes, definately the e900. vodafone have now agreed to swap the handset for another, but all of the ones they have suggested are like bricks, and really ugly. the e900 was chosen because its small, and quite nice looking, the only other nice looking ine a t the moment seems to be the sirocco, but i doubt they will agree to such a drastic swap. anyone have any ideas about nice looking, girly phones? meant to phone back today to confirm which we want sent out, so quick replies would be appreciated. thanks. :)

Vodafone normally like to replace phones with similar spec's rather than dimensions or looks, however, the Samsung D840 is pretty identical in spec so try for that one, looks pretty flash too!

EDIT - Seriously..... 2 threads?

as this thread is now not needed due to the other thread requesting replacement advice, appreciate this one getting closed off please dons

Cheers
