Samsung phone repair service.

So annoyed, running around like a headless chicken grabbing stuff after moving house and I drop my phone and smash the screen. Now, the bottom few mm of screen doesn't work now and above that is a bright white horizontal line. I can see that samsung offer a screen repair service for £219.
Has anyone here used this service? Can I expect that they will replace the damaged LCD as well as the glass for that price?

Do you have a bank account like the Halifax ultimate reward account, there are a few out there that include phone insurance which makes repairs on non apple phones massively cheaper.

I've used it twice new back for Samsung S9 and screen for Samsung s9+ you get new battery with the screen replacement . I used the door step repair service for both . Man in a van fixes it outside your home

had 2 experiences with samsung repair, both useless. 1st one cancelled my appointment within 24 hours, 2nd one a guy was sent out in a van and said he couldn't find fault with my phone and signed it off ok, then I showed him the fault AGAIN and he agreed, but wouldn't fix it as like I said he signed it off. so now I still have a note 10 with a thick band across the fingerprint sensor where the oleophobic coating is damaged. needless to say I won't be buying samsung again.
