You make no sense. The monitor is not available and pricing is unconfirmed. What exactly were you getting at?

As soon as we know official information on price that article you posted will be updated to reflect this. TFT Central is also keeping a close eye on this and will report any updates. I think that if the panels are released this month you might realistically be looking at a summer release at the earliest. Pricing is not yet known and may not have even been finalised yet.

What the review says:
- very good viewing angles (still no information if it has colorshift or not)
- relatively low contrast ratio (seems to be a mistake in measurements)
- poor uniformity (deviations up to 45%)
- crystalline effect (AG coating) isn't more noticeable that on an average TN
- no HDMI (which if connected through DVI will be 1920x1080 only)
- response time 7,3ms average GTG, 13ms max (same as e-IPS) at "Normal" mode ("faster" modes increase ghosting)
- default gamma setting leads to some black crush (played with gamma control to improve the situation)
- color gamut is slightly larger than sRGB
- angle LCD glow is somewhat similar to e-IPS but less pronounced

Overall impression: not ideal but positive.

Interesting read. If the monitor is not due for another 3 months then I would imagine what has been reviewed is a prototype build.

yes I believe it is a pre-production unit.

Still, looks very promising. Loving the usb3/dp or dvi and the understated design of it.

If so this may me a deal breaker for me and puch me to purchase a 27" Hazro WA.

If you are desperate, use a dvi to hdmi cable.

Hdmi doesn't support 2560x1440 anyway, so you'd be scaling 1080p which won't look as crisp.

Nothing new that I can find on the interweb.

Word is Samsung state an August release, so going off that we'll be waiting until September/October for this to reach the UK retail channels I would imagine and wrapped up with a price that will make you

im hoping for 400-500 personally if its good with a better warranty than hazro but not as good as dell, DELL, if you made a u27 glossy it would be pretty sucessful!
