ok guys looking at cutting down on my deskspace and finally junking my CRT, i'm a high level gamer with my comp being used for this mainly! and i'm thinking about the above monitor can anyone advise me against getting the above monitor or give me any alternatives?

*note the monitor will need to run 640x480 or 800x600 resolutions
 
I posted a thread on this recently and got no response so il help you out!

I had my SM-931C delivered yesterday and im very pleased with it, it looks very sleek (I would post a picture but im at work) and on my screen there was 0 dead pixels or backlight bleed. Gaming wise, 2ms response times ensure no ghosting or any performance loss and I was very pleased with the image quality / colour production compared with the CRT it was replacing.

It should be ok also for the resolutions you need but havent tried that yet.

Basically its the best 1280x1024 panel you can buy and for a great price also.
 
excellent thanks a lot fella, if you could post some pictures later it would be greatly appreciated! i too am moving from a crt and am a little aprehensive
