Samsung SM2032MW - Thinking of getting one as my main PC Monitor with the added benefit of it's connections for other devices.

Anybody got one? Any reviews or opinions before I go on ahead?

Well I ordered one anyway arrived today one dead pixel but it's off to the top left so not really noticeable (this now appears to have been rectified for the moment by giving it a rub).

However whenever I have something on full display with a lot of white on it like notepad or a webpage it keeps flashing almost like it's trying to refresh itself except it's not.

Any ideas? Drivers have been installed and Hz is correct

is res set at 1680 x 1050 and you're running at 60Hz? Also see if it does it on both DVI and VGA? maybe have brightness up too high too/

Hi Baddass thanks for actually taking some time to reply. yeah res set to 1680x1050 and it's running at 60Hz. I haven't checked VGA yet, i'm gonna try a different DVI cable too. Brightness has already needed to be turned down a fair bit

I upgraded my catalyst drivers to the latest 7.10 and thought that it had solved it but I've got in from work and heard that it's been playing up again today for others

I noticed someone else with a different make suggested the DVI cable possible issue but it seems odd to me. Will investigate further over weekend, if I can unplug my Dreamcast from it for long enough

RMA it mate. Sounds like a dodgy TFT to me.
