SAMSUNG UPGRADE FROM A EU55ES8000 TO A UE55KS9000

Guys

I have a Samsung EU55ES8000U that has been superb for the last 4 years however with more 4K content coming on line maybe its time to jump up to a decent 4K set.

Currently I am looking at the SamsungSAMSUNG UE55KS9000 - I was wondering how much better a viewing experience I would get in general ?

I am also looking to make much more use of the Smart TV function as well - although Netflix and Amazon are ok on my EU55 the web browsing experiencing is awful.

So any other sets to recommend ?

Oh is my EU 55 worth anything in the for sale section as its a little big for the bedroom ?

Do you really want curved? If not the KS8000 is basically the same model, but flat, and a bit cheaper too.

Ks8000 would be fine as well.

Don't know how big an improvement it would be over your old one but the KS8000 and Sony XD9305 seem to be the best two LCD 55" sets at around the £2k mark right now.

Could get the LG 55EG960V OLED, then you'd see a huge improvement.
