Honestly this last week on holiday our Samsung Digital camera and Camcorder packed in, both I think under warranty still... but cmon ffs, surely the heat cant cripple them, especially in a country that they advertise a lot.
Does anyone have any experience with dealing with their complaints/customer service teams? Im pretty furious as we were let down in getting photos etc because of this and as ive forked out a fortune on Samsung stuff, im ready to share my frustrations with them... lets hope they are reasonable
