San Andreas stuck at 60hz

as title really, everything else gets forced to 100hz like my CCC is set to, but with San Andreas, it is always at 60Hz which hurts my eyes after 5 mins, anyone got any ideas?

fixed it, for some reason game was set at 1280 x 768 instead of 1280 x 1024

For me I had to set the overide on the advanced DX controls on both the latest GTA games.
