Would sand paper and an orbital snadpaper do the work, or spend laborious hours with metal files

Needing to smooth down the edges of the cuts i have made to my Lian Li V2000

hmm well not to rough, just dremel cut rough really quite large ares need to be smoothed down too as its windows cut in the side panel

Knew i should have used a jigsaw :(

wet and dry fine sandpaper and model files, you get in return from the effort you putin. get the metal to about 1.5mm of your desired finished line and then use wet and dry moving form rough to fine, you want to have it lived and true before you use your last grade wet and dry. your last grade should be the one that smooths/polishes the edge for end result.
dont be fooled either, jigsaws are no neater, they just cut faster. spend a couple of hours and youll have a cracking end result, do the job in 20 minutes and thats the sort of job youll have.
