Sandisk 64gb Micro SD stuck partition !

Used the above in a mini card reader as a windows 10 installation source. All was well till I tried to used it as a normal 64gb card again.

It formats to 32gb NOT 64gb. Easy I thought, use windows admin tools/computer management/storage to delete the 32gb partition and create a 64gb basic one for formatting. NO, the 32gb active partition refuses to delete, extend or anything (can only format which achieves nothing).

Any idea's ?, Sandisk have a tool for re initialising their cards ?.

Could try command prompt as admin, run diskpart?

Thanks all...

Had to resort to the ol DOS 'Diskpart' to delete the partition !. Felt like I'd gone back to the 80's lol. Way to go Microsoft, the 'storage' computer management tool couldnt do it !?.
