sapphire 5850 black screen issue

Every so often my tft screen just goes black for a few seconds and then it restores, this never happened with my old 8800 gtx is anyone else having this happen with their 5850 cards?

I've seen this very rarely with my 5870, I have a second monitor setup but assigned to my 9600GT (and no monitor plugged into it)

I have the same problem. On my system its the Catalyst drivers randomly crashing and then a few seconds later recovering. I cant wait for the 9.12 drivers :/

i get no error message and it happened more frequently with the last set of drivers before the november ones, heres hoping the next set eradicate it completely

same here, also the CCC icon in the bottom duplicates. the most annoying thing for me is because i have it hooked up to a 22" monitor and a 32" tv for games, some times i could be using the monitor for the internet etc then it will switch over to the tv by itself, and vice versa.

sounds like the same on going Driver problems with the HD5*** series.
Myself and many others are experiencing it too. Crash and then restore.

No problems at all here with a 5850 using the 9.11's, and none with the previous 9.10's.
