So not because of the "postal strike" the woman on the phone told me about?

I changed the card to a HIS because the (same?) woman told me they were in stock & would ship the same day. It was a lie & none were in stock so I changed it back. At no point did I ask for the delivery to be changed to DPD.

What happens to the card if I can't arrange to pick it up from the 35 miles away DPD depot?

When will the extra £2 odd from the Royal Mail delivery be refunded?

I don't know the reason why it was changed over. All the staff have gone home for the evening. It may have been due to the postal strike but again I cannot confirm this as my job is in purchasing and not customer service.

The HIS cards were in stock and they'll probably be someone on this forum who got one who can confirm this. As to why yours did not ship, again I cannot answer this tonight.

If you can't arrange for the card to be collected then it will be returned to us. Is there an alternative address we can send it to? If there is then post it in the customer support forum (order queries) and we'll make the call to DPD first thing. I have refunded your £2 this evening already and it will show on your card in 3-4 days time.

Meh, Vapor-X isn't that good. Bit better temps but it's louder. Might as well just use stock for the moment then wait until you know if any good aftermarket coolers (or waterblocks) work with it. I prefer IceQ 4.
 
i'm sorry to say this but why do people mess OCUK around by swapping there order etc etc. it causes confusion and delay.

the people at OCUK are only human after all and mistakes may happen.

People should just be patient and wait for there order to arrive.

As for delivery, do people not have a work address? it's what i do and possibly many others
 
just arrived at work , i cant believe how big it is, now i've got to wait 4 hours b4 plugging it in!!:D

I dont actually have to.. I work with one. i have to reist acts of violence on a daily basis or it would be me ironicly loosing my job :mad: tbh though i'm glad to be rid of them they lived like tramps, had a fetish for wepons and i wont comment on the personal hygene issues... haha. still knowing that the cash could have gone on two of these and a new psu [rage]
