Not much joy unfortunately, basically said once its been 28days then they can think about doing something different, omega let me know how your conversation turns out.

That's a shame when I when I got a refund from OCUK it said on my RMA page that they were awaiting a replacement from the supplier so they weren't losing any money by giving me the value of the card I was waiting for. Told them I'd be buying another right away as well. My RMA happened in March so maybe they were in a better position stock wise with the 5870's, dunno.
