Sapphire RMA - What are the chances..

Sods, my logic was that i had to pay £10 to send their crappy product back, so they should send me something that's (supposed to be) £10 more expensive

Flashing and static pixels of all colours (mainly green) all over my screen in Windows desktop. It was to do with the idle clocks of the card and/or low temperatures. Weird.. Looked like a green snowstorm..
You sent it directly to Sapphire? .....you should`ve sent it to the retailer you bought it from - it`s their responsibility for the 1st 12 months usually.
I had a faulty 5870 (Powercolor) - got a full refund + all shipping refunded, then I got a faulty 5970(Sapphire) + I got the same there....made sure I installed Dirt 2 that time though as well before I returned the card...again full refund inc all shipping costs...
3rd card was a 5870 Vapor-x which has been perfect so far...
....learn how to moan to the place where you handed over your money & don`t accept any bs about sending it to the manufacturer - especially when it`s so new!
